Dan's Ground Turkey and Elbows

1 pound ground turkey, browned1 pound whole wheat elbow macaroni1 jar tomato sauce, your choice (low sugar preferred, I use Barilla's tomato and basil)2 cups low-sodium V8 juice1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes1 cup frozen yellow corn
Put on an 8-quart saucepan of water to cook the elbows. While this heats brown the ground turkey.
Cook the elbows according to the package directions. Drain and put back in pot. Add liquid ingredients, turn on heat to Medium, then add the corn, tomatoes, and meat. Stir to mix and heat thoroughly, about 5 minutes.
