1 tsp Olive Oil1 Large Onion, chopped1 Green Pepper, chopped.25 C. Red Pepper, chopped1.25-15 oz Can Kuners Dark Red Kidney Beans, no added salt1-15 oz Can Kuners Pinto Beans, no added salt1-15 oz Can Kuners Navy Beans1-28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes1-28 oz Can Ground TomatoesBasil, Oregano, Ground Black Pepper, Cumin and Chili Powder to taste1 tsp Siracha Hot Sauce
Heat olive oil in saute pan and stir-fry onion, and green & red peppers until semi-soft.
Transfer to slow cooker or 5 QT Nesco and turn to med-low heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Season to taste.
Bring to low boil, stir, cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
