Low Fat Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
5 skinless chicken breasts1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup1 cup rice (before cooking)1 bag frozen broccoli2 oz Velveeta1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1/2 seasoned bread crumbs1/3 cuo grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook rice and broccoli and mix with melted Velveeta and soup. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Put raw chicken breasts on top and cover with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
