Super Simple Nacho Dip

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Low Fat Cream Cheese1 Tbsp Low Fat Sour Cream1/4 cup Salsa2 Tbsp chopped red pepper1 Tbsp chopped shallots1 oz shredded reduced fat Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cream together sour cream and cream cheese. Spread mixture on small plate. Layer with salsa. Top with chopped red or green peppers, shallots, and shredded cheese.

Enjoy with reduced fat Nacho chips or your favourite crackers!

Makes one serving. Increase proportions to make a great party or pot-luck dish!
