Low Calorie Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
5 fresh baby portabella mushrooms 2 tbsp of lite sour cream 1/8 cup of shredded cheddar cheese2 tbsp of shredded Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Clean and de-stem the mushrooms.
Take the two cheeses, the sour cream, the onion flakes and Worcestershire sauce and combine in a mixing bowl. Take the mix and stuff the mushrooms. Put the mushrooms into the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
