Stuffed Portobella Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 Portabella Mushrooms, 160 grams eaOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedYellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Ground Chicken breast, 4 oz.Garlic, 1 clove*Brown Rice, long grain, cooked .25 cup *Frigo Light String Cheese, 1 oz**Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, .125 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Sautee all ingredients except cheese, bread crumbs, and mushrooms. Slice cheese into small dime-size pieces. Add to sauteed mixture. Remove stems and gills from mushrooms and fill with mixture. Top with panko and a spray of oil and bake for 20 minutes uncovered.
