1 Yellow Onion, chopped1/4 cup Pineapple chunks 1 Mango, fruit without refuse1 Japanese Persimmons, juiced1/4 cup Cashew Nuts, dry roasted halves 2 stalks Celery3 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tbsp Honey1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar2 tbsp Garlic, minced1 1/2 lbs Pork Tenderloin2 cups White Rice, long grain
Saute the onions in the persimmon juice for 2 minutes, then add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic and other fruit for another 4 minutes on medium heat.
Dice the pork and add it to the mixture, cooked until almost done (approximately 10 minutes), then add cayenne and honey.
Add the celery and cashews approximately 2-4 minutes before removing the dish from the pan.
