Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 0.15 cup Brown Sugar, 0.25 tsp unpacked Lime Juice, 1 mLGinger Root, 0.125 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.3 tbsp fennel seedscumin seedsdill seedsfenugreek seedsturmeric
Directions
Add the carrots, lime juice, ginger puree, brown sugar, chickpeas, and olive oil together and add the seeds and/or spices as desired. Serve cold.
