Tara's chili

Ingredients
2 cans of tomatoes, 2 lbs extra lean ground beef, 1 can of lentils, 1 can kidney beans, 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1/3 c grated carrot, 1 grated zuchini, 1 red pepper, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp italian spice,
Directions
Brown ground beef with garlic and onion. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook on high for 4 to 6 hours
