Peach Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/4 cup quick oats1/3 cup water1/3 cup sliced peaches in juice, canned (approx 1/2 small peach worth of slices and about 1/8 cup of juice)1/8 teaspoon cinnamon1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
1. Dice peach slices.
2. In a 2 cup capacity bowl add oats, water, and peaches with juice.
3. Microwave 30-45 seconds and stir; microwave another 30-45 seconds.
4. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.

    There is no way this is only 110 calories. Just 1/4 cup of oatmeal is 150 calories, 1/2 a peach is 40 calories and the peaches in juice are even more. This is at least a 250-300 calories meal. - 7/8/08
