Grandma's Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients
1 cup chicken (cut up) cooked in water1 can bean sprouts1 green pepper, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1.5 cup celery, chopped1/3 cup soy saucethicken with flour and broth of chickenserve over white rice
Directions
1) Poach chicken in water for 20 minutes
2) Prepare rice as instructed on bag
3) Mix all ingredients together in frying pan (not rice) and heat over medium until cooked
4) Serve mixture over rice.
