Ingredients
1 LB Lean Stew Meat (browned)1 Green Bell Pepper Julienned1 Rep Pepper Julienned1 Med. Onion Slivered1 16 oz can Tomato Sauce1 16 oz can Diced Tomatoes1 Cup Rice3 Cup Beef Broth
Directions
1)Brown stew meat in dutch oven with oil.
2) Add Vegetables and cook til tender
3) Add remaining Ingredients cover and cook on medium low for 90 min
