Kushari tomato sauce

Ingredients
Sauce:1 tube tomato paste (200 g)1 jar tomato sauce (680 g)1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped2 large carrots, chopped1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp cayenne pepperSaute:1 large onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, crushed1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
In saucepan, combine all ingredients for sauce.
Heat olive oil in non-stick pan.
Add onions and garlic. Stir fry till soft. Add to sauce.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
