1 Small Bottle Light Cream (185ml)3 TBSP Low Fat Ricotta Cheese7 Medium Sized Mushrooms1 cup cubed eggplant1 Brown Onion1/2 Cup Spring onions2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat Oil in Frying pan
Add onion, Eggplant & Garlic cook until transperant
Slice Mushrooms and add too pan, let them cook down
