Rice 1.5 cupCarnation Evaporated milk 2% 6 oz or half canRaisins 1.5 cupsWater 8 cups3 cinnamon sticks
Take Rice, water, cinimmon and boil until rice is tender, you should have more water than rice left over. Add raisins and let them cook a little with the rice. Then add evaporated milk and let boil for a little bit. I didn't add sugar since I put splenda in mine but you can also add sugar to this recepie, will effect calories. Serve nice and hot or put in the refrigerator and serve cold later.
