Ingredients
Cook 1 box of quinoa (two cups dry)1 T olive oil 1 T butter1 red pepper chopped 1 cup chopped onion 4 cloves garlic chopped1 carrot chopped2 stalks celery chopped 1 tsp Knorr homestyle stock concentrate Chicken Mrs Dash to taste Sautee vegetables in olive oil and butter. Add to cooked Quinoa that has been cooked in the broth.
Directions
Serving Size: 1 cup

Cook Quinoa according to package directions adding the Knorr chicken stock.

Sautee vegetables in olive oil/butter until tender. When Quinoa is cooked add vegetables and mix.
