Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 0.50 tbsp Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish 1 tbsp Best Food Low Fat Mayonaise Dressing 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
Directions
Chop hard boiled egg. Mash avocado and blend with egg. Blend in remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
