Hearts of Palm salad

Ingredients
2 cans Hearts of Palm1 can sliced beets1/2 vidallia onion sliced thin2 tbs of cider vinegar1 tbs of olive oilsalt/pepper
Directions
Slice the Hearts of palm and add to bowl. matchstix slice the beets (drain the water first). add to bowl. add vinegar/oil and salt/pepper. chill.
