Robin's Healthy Low-Sodium Tomato & Chicken Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz Smart Chicken Ground Chicken1 can (28 oz.) Tuttorosso crushed tomatoes with basil 1 (6 oz.)can tomato paste4 cloves garlic (minced)2 Tbsp. Olive Oil1/2 cup water1/4 teaspoon Nu-Salt (salt substitute)1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes2 tsp. italian seasoning1/4 tsp. celery seed1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
Directions
Heat olive oil in pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground chicken & onion, until cooked through and onions are soft, about 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot, stir well. Turn heat to medium-low.
Simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally, and adding water if necessary.
