Ingredients
1/8 c Butter2 T Sugar2 T Honey2 T Splenda1/8 c unsweetened applesauce2 eggwhites1/4 c Water1 c mashed banana1 1/2 c whole wheat flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt2 T milk1/2 c chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, Cream together sugar honey ,sweetner and margarine, add egg whites, applesauce and water, mix in bananas. In separate bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix together dry with wet. add milk blend well together. Add chocolate chips. Spray 2 small loaf pans with no cal no fat cooking spray, pour mixture in pans. Bake in oven for 60 min or until tooth pick inserted into center of loaf comes out dry. Slice each loaf into 12 pieces when cooled.
