Turkey Hash Brown Casserole Wellspring

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean white ground turkey meat 1 can fat-free cream of mushroom (if you can't find it, then use fat free evaporated milk with extra mushrooms)1 onion, chopped1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped1 T Lawry's seasoning salt2 tsp rosemarySprinkle of red pepper flakes2 garlic cloves, minced1 pkg Fat free hash browns (Simply Potatoes)1 cup Fat Free cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Spray saute pain with fatfree cooking spray and turn on medium heat. Add chopped onions.
Saute onions until translucent. Add mushrooms and saute until fluid evaporates
Add ground turkey and seasonings and saute until turkey is no longer pink
Mix turkey mixture with mushroom soup
Move turkey to side
Respray pan with cooking spray and saute hashbrowns until brown and crsipy
Spray 9x13 pan or glass baking dish
Put turkey on bottom, spread potatoes over turkey, sprinkle cheese over casserole
Bake 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned and cheese is melted.

Serving Size: makes 6-10 servings in a 9X13 or glass casserole dish
