Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
14 1/2 oz can pink salmon; remove bones Old fashioned oats, measure and then grind into oat meal in food processor1/2 cup chopped onions1 egg1 tsp yellow mustardMix all ingredients together.
Directions
Mix all ingredents to gether.
lightly spray non-stick pan with olive oil. Shape each patty by hand, fry slowly about 8 minutes on each side. Eat with yellow mustard on top.
