1.5 lb lean bottom round sliced in thin strips1 lb. pkg frozen pepper stir fry with onions 3 garlic cloves, minced1/2 pkg or 6oz fresh sugar snap peas1 tbsp canola oil6 tbsp kikkoman stir fry sauce2 tbs kikkoman teryaki sauce1 tbsp honey
Marinate the meat in 2 tbsp of teryaki and set aside while mincing the garlic. Reserve 1/2 tbs of the canola oil and heat the other 1/2 on high in large pan or wok fry the beef for about 2 minutes on high adding half the garlic about halfway through then remove from pan heat the rest of the oil and fry the vegetables and remaining garlic till tender put the beef back in add the stir fry sauce mix well heat for another minute or so and serve over whole wheat noodles or brown rice and enjoy.
