Preheat oven to 220°C
Add half the eggs (3 per pie) into each pie dish
Cut the bacon into roughly 4-5 pieces and layer on top of eggs
Add the rest of the eggs into each pie dish
Cook in the oven for approx 20 minutes until bacon is cooked.
