Wonton Breakfast Cups

5 large Eggs4 slices of lite Swiss cheese1 Avocado1/2 Tomatoes2 slices of smoked honey ham24 Wonton wrappers1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese1/2 cup fresh Spinach
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a muffin/cupcake pan with liht cooking spray. Add 2 wonton wrappers to each cup. Add a pinch of cheddar cheese to the bottom of each cup.
Cook in over for 4 min. While thats cooking wisk up eggs and cut up cheese and ham. Add all together in 1 bowl for easy pouring.
Take the wonton cups out of the oven and add in egg mixture with other ingredients. Hold on adding the avocado and tomato until ready to eat.
Bake for 12 min.
Serving Size: makes 12 wonton cups, 148 cal each.
