2/3 cup Splenda3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powderpinch of ground cinnamon4 egg whites1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1. heat oven to 250 degrees. line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. in a small bowl, whisk together the Splenda, cocoa, and cinnamon.
3. place egg whites into the bowl of a stand mixer. add cream of tartar.
4. begin beating egg whites on low speed, until foamy. Increase the speed to medium, and add Splenda mixer one tablespoon at a time until medium stiff peaks form.
5. transfer into pastry bag with star tip. pipe onto the baking sheets.
6. bake at 250 for 1 hour, 15 minutes. DO NOT open the door. Turn off oven; let stand in over for 1/2 hr. remove from oven and cool on racks.
7. can be drizzled with semisweet chocolate(not included in nutritional data) store in air tight after completely dry.
