Ingredients
4 servings penne pastalemon juice from fresh lemontomatoes choppedbell pepper choppedmushrooms (fresh) choppedgarlic clovecrushed red pepperolive oil (light)1 lb. of chicken chunked
Directions
Sautee the chicken chunks with garlic until done. Add in all veggies. Sautee veggies (except tomatoes). Cook pasta. After pasta is finished put one cup on each plate. Spray with fat free butter. Top veggies with chopped tomatoes and lemon juice. Serve.
