Italian Gluten Free Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Ground beef, lean, 20 oz 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 *Gillian’s Foods Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, 0.25cup 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 large Egg, fresh 2 tbsp Basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix Parmesan Cheese, Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, garlic powder, basil together. Add dry mixture to ground beef.
Form into meatballs and place wire rack foil lined baking pan.
Cook meatballs for 15 minutes and rotate each over and cook for 15 additional minutes.
Let stand 5-10 minutes before eating or adding to a sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 22-24 good size meatballs
