Veggie stirfry on tofu

Ingredients
Tofu, fried, 1 piece (remove)Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
dry grill tofu
fry up onions, mushrooms, garlic until brown
add mushrooms
add tomatoes
cook until soft
add spinach n cook until wilted
place veggies on top of tofu
