Ingredients
1 can of pumpkin pie filling1 egg1 can of evaporated skim milk1 un-baked pie shell
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Mix egg, pumpkin and skim milk together. Add cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice if desired.
Pour into thawed unbaked pie shell and bake for 30 minutes.
