No Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 Mashed Bananas - medium in size 1 Egg1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 1/2 cup Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp 1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1 cup Walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 and use non stick spray on a mini muffin pan.
Mixed together bananas, sugar, vanilla, egg and applesauce.
Add Baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Add flour and mix until incorporated.
Stir in chocolate chips.
After putting batter into muffin pan, add a walnut to the top of each.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
