1 1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breastOlive oil, 1 tspOne avocado, chopped and mashedCelery, one cup choppedLemon juice, 1 tblspSalt, pepperOrowheat sandwich thinsCover chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, bake in over at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or till done. Dice chicken and celery, Spoon out avocado into a bowl and mash with a little lemon juice and salt, add diced chicken, and diced celery. Mix well and pile on Orowheat sandwich thin. Make 3 servings.
Bake chicken in 350 degree oven till done (approx. 25 minutes) Dice chicken, dice celery, remove pulp from avocado and mash in a bowl with lemon juice and salt. Add diced chicken and celery.
