Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 c sugar1/2c brown sugar3 T cornstarch1/4 t. salt1/4 t. nutmeg3 c. skim milk3 egg yolk2 T. butter unsalted2 t. vanilla
Directions
Mix sugars, cornstarch, salt and nutmeg. Add milk. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Mix yolk. Add some hot to yolk then return to hot pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Cool and serve.
