Turkey Chop Suey

Ingredients
1 med onion chopped (1Cup), 2 cups celery sliced, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 19oz cal bean sprouts (drained), 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1.5 cups chopped turkey (dark meat), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cornstarch, sanlt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook onion + celery in oil about 5 min. Add the next 3 ingredients + 1.5 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 min. Add 2 tbsp soysauce. Blend cornstarch + .25 cups of cold water. Add to misture and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
