Green Chile Quiche

Ingredients
1 Cup Egg, raw1/2 Cup Cream1 lb Bacon, fried crisp, crumbled1 Cup cheddar cheese1 pie crust5 oz chopped green chile1TBL Worchestershire SauceSpice to taste
Directions
Beat eggs and green chile with cream. Fry bacon, crumbled. Spread Worchestershire sauce over pie crust. Place bacon in crust. Spread 1/2 cheese over bacon. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese. Spread remaining cheese on top. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.

I usually take one pie crust and make 4 small quiches in which can be cut in half.
