Easy Ground Venison Skillet

Ingredients
1 lbs ground venison1 T dehydrated onions1/2 t Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend (Mrs.Dash)2 T flour1 cup 1% milk1 t ground cumin1 t ground sage1/2 t celery salt12 oz bag of mixe veggies (any of ur choice)
Directions
brown meat with onion, garlic/herb seasoning until cooked evenly.
sprinkle flour evenly over mixture in pan & stir well
Add milk in small amounts, stirring well each time
Add cumin, sage, & salt
add frozen veggies and cook until desired tenderness

    This was very easy to make. I used fresh mushrooms and broccoli. I did need to add additional liquid (I added some beef broth) because the fresh veggies took a little longer to cook. - 2/15/13
