Crockpot Chicken and barley soup

Ingredients
1 pound chicken thighs, de-boned, no skin2 celery stalks, chopped3 carrots, choppedsalt and pepper to taste6 red potatoes (about a pound)1/2 cup barley (uncooked)1/2 tsp sage1/2 tsp marjoram1 bay leafenough water to cover the veggies
Directions
Put everything in a crockpot on high. Let cook for about 6 hours.

Serving Size: 6 1.5 cup servings, depending on how much water you add :)
