Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb baby red potatoes1 tbsp olive oilsalt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray (or use nonstick pan). Cut potatoes into quarters. Toss in olive oil to coat. Pour potatoes onto pan. Sprinkle with spices to preference. Bake 30 minutes.
