low carb chocolate mousse

Ingredients
2 eggs1.5 cups heavy whipping cream1 tsp vanilla extract4 packets of splenda.5 tbsp Pour the cream into a chilled bowl of a mixer and beat on medium speed until it starts to thicken. Add the splenda and vanilla and whisk until the cream starts to form stiff peaks. Add cocoa mixure and whisk in. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve
