3 cups cooked white rice1 cup 2% milk4 large eggs1/2 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon cinnamon2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except butter in baking dish.
Mix thoroughly.
Dot the top with pieces of butter.
Bake one hour at 400 degrees.
