Homemade Baked Custard

Ingredients
4 eggs2 c evaporated milk1/4 c sugara pinch of salt1 tsp vanilla1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Add the ingredients to a blender and mix, about 10 seconds.
Pour into ramekins or custard dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and put into a baking dish.
Add water to the baking dish about half way up the sides of the ramekins.
Bake for 45 mins. or just till set.
Makes 6-4 ounce servings.
