Karen's Rojo and Verde Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs chicken breasts with bones or 1 lb of boneless3 tbsp Goya Recaito Cooking Base3 tbsp Goya Sofrito Cooking Base1 lg onion, sliced1 cup carrots1 1/2 lg red potatoes, sliced1 small Yuca (optional - it's like a potato, but a super food)1 cup water1 can red kidney beans (don't use uncooked kidney beans)1/2 packet of Goya ham boullion1 packet of Goya sazon
Directions
You can mix everything in one dish and let marinade overnight. Or, mix and cook immediately. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes.
