Ingredients
2 apples peeled and chopped1-1/2 cups fat-free milk1-1/2 cups water1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats2 tablespoons brown sugar1/2 teaspoon cinnamon2 teaspoons ground flax seed1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Spray inside of crock pot. Add all ingredients and cook overnight (8 hrs) on low.
