Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1.5 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese1 tbsp light brown sugar3 cloves garlic
Directions
Crush/mince the garlic cloves. Add the garlic to a small bowl with the parmesan, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar. Then, whisk in the olive oil. This dressing tastes great fresh, but tastes even more out of this world after the flavors have infused for about a day. All you need is a tablespoon or two of this dressing...the flavors go a long way.
