Add one tablespoon of sugar to 3/4 cup of boiling water stir wellAdd one cup of cold milk to this mix stir, then add two teaspoons of yeastLeave to start the process- a couple of minutesAdd the wet mix to the 3 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 table spoons of wheatgermStir well adding flour or water to make a stiff doughSpray a loaf pan with Pam just so it won't stickAdd the dough :)
Put in oven - a cold oven
Turn oven on to lowest setting e.g. 50 degrees C
leave for half an hour until dough has risen to top of loaf pan
Once this has happened turn oven up to 200 degrees C and leave for 35 minutes
Check to see if it is done if not give an extra 5 minutes
All done !
