Bisquick Quiche

1/2 cup Bisquick4 eggsdash of saltdash of pepper2 cup cream (or milk for less fat)4 slices bacon, chopped1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped mushroom1 cup chopped broccoli2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
Grease 2 9" pie pans.
Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, and seasonings in a blender. Place onions, cheese & additional fillings in bottom of prepared pan. Pour egg mixtureover the top. Bake until done.
You can use any type of meat/veggies you desire! Change up the type of cheese, too. The options are endless!
Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 of an hour or until done.
