Ingredients
* Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1/2 cup * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1/4 cup * Spring Tree, Sugar Free Syrup, 1 tbsp * Water, tap, 1/2 cup * 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 3 oz * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1/4 tsp
Directions
In a pan, heat milk and water. Add in oats and stir in pumpkin. Add in spices and syrup. Garnish with a dash of cinnmon and drizzle of syrup.
