Homemade Vegetable Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 - lb Beef Stew Meat1 - 10 oz pkg of frozen mixed vegetables1.5 c - chopped cabbage1 can stewed tomatoes1 can mixed vegetables1 pkt of Brown Gravy Mixsalt and pepper to tasteInstant Brown Rice
Directions
Take first 5 ingredients and put in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water. Let cook 7 to 8 hours at medium heat. Add brown gravy mix 30 minutes before serving to thicken juice. Serve over brown rice.
