Country fried steak

Ingredients
1 lb round steak tenderized 1/2 c itialian bread crumbs 4 tbl canolia oil Take steak and split into 4 ser, pound w/mallet til very thin( near twice the size). use a egg & milk wash to dip steak into before dreadging in bread crumbs ( press crumbs into steak. on med heat warm pan, and 1 Tbl of oil in pan, add 1 piece of steak brown well, After browned put on roasting pan in a 350 degree oven, Cook 1 piece at a time, keep last piece in oven for 5 min. Serv w/ potatoes and country gravy.
