Chicken or Turkey A La King

Ingredients
1/2 CUP butter1 green pepper, chopped1 CUP fresh mushrooms, cupped1/2 CUP flour1.5 CUPS milk (skim or other)1 CUP chicken broth (or water and add chicken bouillion)2 CUPS cooked CHICKEN or TURKEYPASTA, TOAST or RICE to serve over (NOT INCLUDED)
Directions
Melt Butter in saucepan
Add green pepper and mushrooms and cook until pepper is crisp-tender
Sprinkle with flour
Season with salt and pepper
Stir and remove from heat
Add milk and broth
Stir until incorporated
Return to heat until boiling, turn heat to low/simmer
Add chicken or turkey and cook until heated through

SERVE OVER COOKED PASTA, RICE or TOAST
